Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to me. Here's how the Task-focused Tab Manager for Trello extension handles your data:
- Identification: The extension stores your preferences and encryption key in your Google profile in the browser. This is also how you're identified to secure access to your data on my servers. No other personal data is collected. I can see your email address, but I don't use it or share it with anyone.
- Data storage: The extension only saves the URLs of your open tabs, linked to your Trello cards. Nothing else is collected.
- Encryption: All URLs are encrypted locally on your device before being sent to my servers. Your key never leaves your device, and without it, the data is unreadable. On Google's side, it's the opposite: your key is in your profile, but the encrypted data stays in the extension.
- Third parties: None of your browsing data is ever shared with anyone else.
- Restrictions: The extension only watches tabs linked to a Trello board opened via the extension button. It doesn't watch other Trello tabs or browser windows.
- Stats: I don't use any analytics or tracking in the extension. The Chrome Web Store gives me anonymous stats about installs and countries.
If you have any question or concern about your privacy, just reach out via the project page.
